Summary
SCG2 functionally interacts with leukocyte Ig-like receptor subfamily B4 (LILRB4) on monocytic cells. M-MDSCs were isolated from tumor bearing WT, LILRB4+/+ or LILRB4+/+ SCG2-/- mice for RNA-seq. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 3 replicates from each group.
