Summary
Wild-type mice and Utx Pax2-cre mice were subjected to sham operation or ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) treatment, respectively. After the designated treatment periods, the mice were euthanized, and kidney tissues were collected. RNA from the kidney tissues was extracted using the Trizol reagent.
