LIFR-mediated ERBB2 signaling is essential for successful embryo implantation in mice.

GSE293425 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2025/05/12 Platform GPL30215
Summary
To investigate the molecular mechanism underlying LIFR in the endometrium during embryo implantation, we generated mice with uterine-specific deletion of LIFR. We report the sequencing of the uterine transcriptome of control and uterine-specific Lifr-deficient mice at day 4 (1600h) of pregnancy.
