Summary
To investigate the role of PLK1 in melanoma progression, we introduced the overexpression of PLK1 to the BRAFV600E/PTEN-deficeint melanoma mouse model. After tumor induction, we harvested the tumors and performed the RNA-seq to analyze the expression profile of tumors from either cohort respectively.
