Summary
The JamC adhesion molecule plays a potential role in glioblastoma stem cell adhesion and interaction with the vascular niche. To study this, we performed JamC knock-out (KO) in GSC1 and GSC4 cells and analyzed transcriptomic changes using 3’ end RNA-seq (3’SRP).
