Transcriptomic adaptations of human muscle after short- and long-term exercise

GSE312393 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 13 samples 2026/04/23 GPL30173
Summary
The molecular mechanisms that govern muscle hypertrophy (as induced by increased physical activity) remain incompletely defined. Through RNA-seq of human muscle, we confirm observations from mice that extensive remodeling of the neuromuscular junction (NMJ) occurs in human muscle after exercise.
