Summary
Bulk RNA-seq was performed to characterize transcriptional responses to MCL-1 inhibition and acquired drug resistance. Human mantle cell lymphoma cell lines (HBL-2 and Mino) were profiled under untreated (parental), S63845 treatment (1 µM, 72 h), and MCL-1 inhibitor–resistant conditions. In addition, a patient PBMC sample was profiled under DMSO control (12 h) and S63845 treatment (1 µM, 12 h). Gene-level raw count matrices are provided as processed data.
