Transcriptomics Analysis of bulk RNA from liver tissues of male mice treated with high-fat diet and formoterol

GSE315991 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 9 samples Submitted 2026/01/15 Platform GPL24247
Summary
To establish the consequences of formoterol treatment on high fat diet-induced liver steatosis and inflammation, we isolated RNA from bulk liver tissue of male C57BL/6J mice that were treated with a high-fat diet for 20 weeks, with treatment with vehicle (DMSO) or formoterol (1 mg/kg) daily for the last 4 weeks of the diet. Mice were euthanized using CO2 and cervical dislocation prior to liver dissection.
