RNA-Seq Profiling of Kidney Responses in Wild-Type and Angpt2 Knockout Mice Following a 3-Week Adenine Diet

GSE300746 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2026/04/29 Platform GPL24247
Summary
Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is characterized by progressive tubulointerstitial injury, which plays a critical role in renal dysfunction. Angiopoietin-2 (Angpt2) is implicated in vascular and inflammatory processes, but its role in CKD remains unclear. In this study, we performed RNA-seq to analyze gene expression differences in the kidneys of wild-type and Angpt2 knockout mice after a 3-week adenine diet, a well-established model of tubulointerstitial injury.
